The Big Goodbye

After a great, but depressing, conversation with curlycutie last night, I've decided to hold off on NaNoWriMo for this year. The Doctor can wait until December (or January, or next year), other things in my life deserve the attention I was going to give to this book. If I believed I could find the time to write a 50,000 word novel, there is no reason why I can't devote more time to my spiritual work, my Theories project, and my academics in general.

Thanks, Chrissy. Pain shared is pain halved.

My liver is still recovering from all my drunkeness around Homecoming. The last time I drank that frequently, drinking was illegal(and for me, that was many moons ago)!

So of course I'm up for it. Name the day and place, and I will try to get away from the LE leash.

I'm jealous. I wish my poor little brain could handle deep conversations.

Trust me, I'm still feeling kind of like an underachiever for not doing it this year, but I'm working on my "real" novel, and researching my next, and, dammit, that's all important too. Good for you for setting priorities!
