News worth getting up for

So, I decided to do Atkins for a couple of weeks, but I'm still going to Weight Watchers weigh in.

I lost 12 lbs! I realize that most of that was water weight, but still!

I'm not having the usual cravings I have with Atkins. I can think about Crab Rangoon without rushing to China Garden to get some. This may work after all.

Yay for Atkins!!! Where I was thinking about stopping Atkins and going Weight Watcher... hmmm...

I also have the HOOKUP on great low-carb prices. If you care to join me one day in Flinttown, we can go grocery shopping at Costco, etc. If you like Carbo-Rite jelly beans, sour patches, or gummi bears, I know a wholesaler who'll give me a good deal on cases for $27. Yay for low-carb candy!

Our Walmart also sells the low-carb candy for cheapest around here. My GNC gold card used to be a good deal, but now Walmart has gone low-carb CRAZY and the price is righter.

As you can tell, I'm not online much anymore, but I check my email a few times a week and I answer my phone occasionaly. *ahem*

Great Job Sweety. Be careful with Atkins. I know that it works very well, mainly for men. Just make sure that you are still getting all the nutrients that you need. You still need glucose. It's what makes the brain run. Your brain only likes glucose for energy. And don't over due the meats. Too much iron can be a bad thing.
I support you in every way, just be careful.
