and this week is one of them, at least from a retail perspective

1. New Stephen King book. Only one more Dark Tower book to go. So far, it's good.

2. Went for my haircut at the new salon today (stylist changed location) and . . .

They carry Bumble and Bumble hair products. I've been dying to be a bumble and bumble customer for a year, but no salons in Mt P carried them, until now. Now I get to spend a year outfitting the HBC counter that is my bathroom with a whole new line of product.

It seems petty, when looking at it in writing, but this is really the most exciting thing that's happened to me in months. Be happy for me and my hair (a congratulations note wouldn't be out of line, here)

I think I'll go play with my sumowax, because I can!!!

p.s. does this make me shallow, or just brand conscious?

CONGRAT'S. Bumble and Bumble products are cool. :) I prefer Bed Head but that is bc they make awesome products for curly/wavy/frizzy hair.

No more Aveda? Is Bumble better?

Re: Congrats
a common statement is "I used Aveda until I found Bb"

They are still quality products, but they are more focused on effective hair product, rather than being natural. The products are designed to be layered and used together, so they work with any type of hair.

Re: Congrats
You'll have to let me try them when next I see you. Which, I hope, will be quite soon! Just have to get a Buster sitter.

YAY! I am jealous. I have wanted to try B&B for ages, as well. I would also like to try that Frederik Ferakki (I'm sure I spelled that wrong, but you know what I mean) stuff.
Horray for you!
