tv: For two hundred dollars, Alex

Answer: Reggie and Daisy, Daisy Adair

Question: Who are the only two characters that have Stewart truly engrossed in this season of Dead Like Me?

It isn't that the other plot lines are bad, they are just completely eclipsed, in my view, by reggie and daisy. I can't wait to see where these two will be at the end of the season.

I absolutely loved tonights episode. Tell me, what was the deal with the the gravelings at the bottom of the pool then that girl pushed Lil' George into the water? Did I miss something?

I think they were going to pull her under so she would die, but recognized that she would become a reaper, so they left her alone. That shared look between the graveling and young george felt collegial to me.

Do you know a good screencap sight for DLM? I'm craving the picture of Daisy standing in the light of the broken stained glass window.

I kind of like Daisy, due to her complexity. Though most of the characters seem rather complex with the exception of Mason, whom I couldn't give a rats ass about.

I hate the scenes with the Lass family. I can't stand how the mother and daughter behave toward each other. Yet I also appreciate the complexity of their characters and their relationship toward each other. The mom keeps trying to get closer to Reggie and failing because Reggie is non-responsive to her affection, just like George was. Then the mom gets frustrated and goes back in to bitch-mode. It just crawls up my spine how there is no happiness in that house.

And I'm glad the mom and dad have split up.

Anyways, I love that show. I haven't seen the most recent episode. I imagine it is sitting in my TiVo waiting for me to watch it right now.

You know what I'd like to see on that show? Some sort of glimpse of the Rube's past. I find his character to be just a little too mysterious. It's about time that they explained some things about him. If they don't do it soon, I'll stop giving a shit about him.

Oh... one last thing: Roxie needs to be smacked in the back of the head.

That is all.

I kind of miss Clancy-The first episode suggested he was gay, and I hoped they would follow up on that. I'm starting to get the feeling that he's been written out.

I too would like to know more about Rube, or at least see him developed past "I'm an asshole, do what I say"

Roxie was getting on my nerves too, until the line at the end of ghost story, actually never mind, I think it was a line from last night's ep; it puts her into a new context, and I'm thinking about it a lot.

Mason has more depth this season, but he too is terribly underdeveloped.
