movies: Proof that it's best to begin at the beginning

xerofilter's scathing review of Bewitched was enough to convince me to pass on it, so Carol and I decided to go see Batman Begins instead. Wow. I have to say that I've only seen a couple of the other Batman movies, and I hated what I saw. This movie was great! I wish I knew enough about DC bad guys to pick up on the clues given with the cinematography to figure out which super villains were represented. I'm thinking the cop with the Dan Fogler haircut is Penguin, but I have no idea about the two younger men, the guy with the stiches on his neck, or anyone else. Also, I saw no women at the asylum. Anyone want to throw the guy who hasn't read a comic book in over 12 years a bone?

I may not be a comic book person, but I'll be damned if I can't use IMDB and google to suit my purposes. The guy with the marks on his neck is Mr. Zsasz, a serial killer who puts a hash mark on his body for every kill he makes. IMDB didn't comment on anyone else. Ideas?
