hp: done

Thank you, coell, for letting me process at the end of reading HP. I can now say that I enjoyed the book, now that I've vented my frustrations over certain issues that happened in and outside of the book.

Edit: You know, I need to be a little more honest in my posts. Thank you, Cynthia, for listening to my anger over a certain LJ user, who thinks he's funny, who threw out a huge ass spoiler in his journal Thursday without warning. I have never been angry over a spoiler before, not even when Jon Matthews told me Data was going to die in Star Trek: Nemesis months before the movie came out (and you all know what a trekkie I am). I can honestly say that it completely changed the way I read the book. I hate that it gives someone with so little respect for others such a big ego stroke, but I'll be damned if I will continue to swallow my anger for the benefit of someone else who doesn't deserve it. So, a big thanks to xerofilter. I'll be over it in a day, but right now, I keep having waves of crankiness over it.

Oh my god. The same thing happened to me today.

I got my book at midnight. I thought about boycotting LJ because I KNEW some little bastard was going to spoil it and I wake up this morning. Prior to work. Sure enough. First thing on my F-List.

I was left speechless. The disrespect. The let down. I'm still reading the book, but that was just 2 years of waiting down the drain in a second for me.
