Wandering around LJ, using the * Trick to access specific number entries (I've tried old phone numbers. fun times) and just looking up specific names, to see if they are in use.

What's up with all the names that are in use, but have NO JOURNAL ENTRIES!!! That's just rude, if you take a name, use it dammit.

wart and stew are both empty. So are cadi and leo. Bastion posts though.

no entries
actually, what that usually means is that the person has a friends-only journal but didn't bother to post a public message saying so . . .

Re: no entries
It wasn't the journal page that I was looking at. I checked out the number of journal entries on their user info page, which just tells you total number of entries, regardless of security level. I think I have a reason for it, though. Looking at their creation dates, this was in the time of no invite codes, these people probably just wanted to comment on someone's non-anonymous journal. Silly rabbits.

Re: no entries
hehe, that is probably correct . . . people are weird like that.

My 1-year journal anniversary is on Tuesday, BTW. :-)

I know of people who got psyched to use it, set up an account, and then never accually did anything with it. It's an attention span thing. Other people open accounts just to be able to read the journals of friends and create accounts to access the "friends only" stuff.

yup, you. I was looking for names that were significant in my life, and Bastion (that spelling) is the name I have chosen for my boy child, if I ever have one.

Have a great day
