I've hit my 10 percent goal! Not that I'm doing weight watchers, but when I did, they made me hyperaware of the health benefits of losing 10% of your body weight.  One more small goal, 25 lbs, before the big, have to do it slow, goal.

Went to Battle Creek and saw my sister and her husband-to-be yesterday. It was a good, but difficult time. She had to go through boxes of grandma and grandpa's things, she was raised as their daughter, and there were some sad moments.  Mom was really distant to me when I first got there, but lightened up after a few hours.  I don't know what else to say, i'm all jumbly about the whole day, trying to figure out how I feel about parts of it.  Oooblahdee, oooblahdah, I guess.

That's so awesome that you have lost 25 lbs. Way to go. I myself need to get back on the diet. I keep gaining weight and it is starting to bug me. I need to make a more conscious effort I guess!

I lost 36 lbs! 25 more to go to my next weight goal!

congrats stewart on losing 25lbs. i'm so happy you are getting healthy :-) i need to eat and exercise better. i felt so good when i lost 25 lbs a few years ago. i had more energy and just felt better. i can feel that i've gained weight back and i hate it.

I've lost 36 lbs! My next goal is just get under 300, which is about 25 lbs away.
