Is it an instant sign of dorkiness when the Merriam Webster website is one of your favorites sites?
So I like to know what words mean.

I would like to present, in no particular order, some of my favorite websites

Merriam Webster
Bored.com (a little something for everybody)
Star Trek website (lots of good episode info to look up during commercials)
The Internet Movie Database (rocks my world)
HBO website (it's not tv!)
Half.com (I should have my paycheck direct deposited to them, it would save me a step)
Stephen Sondheim website
My credit union, so I know how poor I am
Oasis, so I can feel empowered as a CMU student (I sooo believe that)

Well, that's enough. Nine is a nice number, seeing as it is divisible by three.

what's your favorite

Frighteningly enough, I love Merriam Webster too. And the Sondheim web site, the Internet Movie Database, and Startrek.com.

I also like musicals.net (although it looks like it's finally gone), Playbill.com, this page (call me a geek), www.eur.com/musicals, the lyricists and composers database, Broadway.com, Broadway, They Wrote, I'm a fla-na-na-na-na!, Therapy Dogs International, and the AKC web site.

That's not the exhaustive list, either. :)

Re: My favorite
oasis has its flaws, to be sure, but it is so much better than actually going to the SSC to do the stuff that you can do with it. I just wish it wouldn't break down so much.
